Richard Harrison was an American Pawn Shop owner and reality TV star was value of more than $8 million at the time of his death in the year 2018. Richard Harrison was also known as Old Man, was a participant on the History channel's cult reality series Pawn Stars (2009-2015). His appearance and personality earned his name "Old Man" and he adopted the nickname during his 30s. Richard along with his son Rick established the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, Las Vegas, Nevada in 1989. He didn't miss one day of work since 1994. In 2009, "Pawn Stars", that was just three months old, was the most watched show on the History Channel. It was the basis for "American Restoration" in the year 2010. Harrison was featured in more than the course of 270 episodes on "Pawn Stars." Richard Benjamin Harrison Jr. was born on on March 4, 1941, in Danville, Virginia. His family relocated to Lexington, North Carolina when Richard was a young man. He was a student at Lexington High School, but was kicked out of school during the middle of his senior year. At 14, he wasn't attracted to school.
